I thoroughly enjoyed the suite with added character as well as over all very spacious. Having a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, and the facilities at this hotel were amazing.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a lovely area, really close to the river, the sea and the comfiest of beds and the center. It was spotless, big and with a kingsize bed. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a plus🙂🙂

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit cold underfoot.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the river for kayaking and bird-watching, and a short drive to the beach and village. We also appreciated the surprise gift we received, filled with delicious local treats. the hotel offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We experienced a major inconvenience during our stay. The hot water in the shower was not functioning, leaving us with ice-cold showers, even during loadshedding.

Our recent holiday offered amazing views and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options and extra touches like warm toast and honey. The room was comfortable and had some nice personal touches. We enjoyed the wonderful bedding and overall design of the space.

While we had a great experience, a few aspects were uncomfortable. The outside light could not be turned off and shined in through the almost see-through curtains.
